Prof. Dr. Abdullah Hameed Al-Etaby conducted a dialogue session on Iraqi institution at Baghdad International fair, on December 8. Al-Etaby hosted the former minister and member of the Iraqi Governing Council the Judge Wael Abdul Latif, the judge Hadi Aziz, and Dr. Adil Taqi. Abdul Latif spoke about the process of creating the 2005 Constitution, Aziz referred to the weaknesses of the 2005 Constitution, and Dr. Taqi elaborated on constitutional history in Iraq.
